The core platform is free to start — lessons, quizzes, progress tracking, and the Career Hub are all available at no cost. Private one-to-one tutoring sessions are bookable at an additional charge.
Which exam boards do you support?
AptiEd covers Edexcel, AQA, OCR, Cambridge International, and WJEC across GCSE and A-Level. You can set a preferred exam board per subject so all content is tailored to your syllabus.
Is it suitable for students under 13?
Yes. For students under 13, a parent or guardian must provide consent before the account is activated. AptiEd is fully GDPR-compliant and designed with safeguarding in mind.

Yes. Teachers can create classes, invite students via a unique code, publish assignments with deadlines, monitor individual engagement, message students and parents directly, and generate AI quizzes — all from the teacher dashboard.
Can parents see what their child is studying?
Yes. Parents can link to their child's account and see lesson progress, quiz results, assignment submissions, engagement scores, and the career path their child is targeting. They can also message their child's teachers, and weekly digest emails keep them informed without logging in every day.
Can I use AptiEd on my phone?
Yes. AptiEd is a Progressive Web App — install it on any phone, tablet, or computer straight from your browser, keep studying even when you're offline, and turn on push reminders for assignments and revision.
